We ship across Canada from our regional warehouses. Most in-stock parts are dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

• Standard shipping: 3–7 business days depending on your region.
• Oversized items (bumpers, hoods, quarter panels) are delivered by freight carrier — a delivery appointment may be required.
• You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Returns

You may return most new, unused parts in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

• Please inspect your parts upon delivery and report any shipping damage within 48 hours.
• To start a return, contact us via the contact form or call our support line with your order number.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned part is received and inspected.
