Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within [1–2] business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
How We Ship
Smaller parts — headlamp and tail lamp assemblies, mirrors, grilles, mouldings — ship by courier ([Purolator / Canada Post / UPS]). Oversized items such as bumper covers, hoods, fenders and quarter panels ship by freight carrier due to their size and require special handling.

Estimated delivery after dispatch:
- Quebec & Ontario: [1–3] business days
- Atlantic Canada: [2–5] business days
- Prairies & British Columbia: [3–7] business days
- Northern and remote areas: [5–10] business days

Shipping Costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the size, weight and destination of your order.
Freight Deliveries (Oversized Parts)
Freight shipments are delivered curbside. The carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery window, and someone must be present to sign for the delivery. Freight items cannot be delivered to P.O. boxes.
Inspect Your Order on Arrival
Body panels and lamp assemblies are fragile. Please inspect the packaging and the part before signing for the delivery. If you notice any damage, note it on the delivery receipt and contact us within 48 hours at info@canadabodyparts.com with photos of the part and packaging. Damage claims not noted at delivery may be declined by the carrier.
Address Changes
Need to change your shipping address? Call us as soon as possible at 1-877-251-4372. Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to redirect it.
