Return Policy

  1. Warranty
    1. 100% Fitment Guaranteed
      1. CanadaBodyParts guarantees 100% fitment based on the vehicle specifications specified in each listing
      2. It is the buyers responsibility to acknowledge and provide their exact vehicle specifications at the time of purchase. All mistakes made by the customer is the customer's responsibility and parts will not be accepted as returns.
  1. Cancelled or Exchanged Orders
    1. A cancellation should be placed no later than 24 hours after placing an order.
    2. 20% restocking fees will apply on all canceled orders, no exception.
    3. Non-defective items for an exchange, due to our mistake only, must be made within 10 days and be in a new/ ready to sell condition with all original packaging
    4. If you request an exchange, we will ship your new item after we receive and process your return. Please allow 5-10 business days to process your return once it has been received. If you need a replacement item right away, we suggest placing a new order on our website, or email us at info@canadabodyparts.com

  1. All items returned for exchange require a Return Authorization Number (RA#). To get an RA#, email info@canadabodyparts.com with your order number. State the reason for the exchange and your phone number so we can contact you. Also, attach any images as necessary. We'll call you or email you within 24-48 hours (allow additional time for weekends and holidays) with an RA#. Shipments without a proper Return Authorization Number (RA#) will be charged a 50% restocking fee.

Shipments received without a valid RA# clearly marked on the outside of the box will be charged a 50% restocking fees.
